McKee Door Sales Takes First Place for Monster Garage Contest
McKee Door Sales of Columbus, Inc. in Columbus, Ohio, was awarded top honors for their entry to the International Door Association Monstrous Garage 2007 competition.
A long time distributor for Wayne-Dalton Corp, who is the manufacturer of the winning door entry, McKee Door Sales of Columbus was the chosen installer for a job at Ritchie Brothers Auctioneers in South Vienna, Ohio.
The project featured an aluminum full view door that measured a whopping 95' wide x 18' high, in addition to seven aluminum full view doors that were 12' wide x 12' high, and one that was 15' wide x 18' high.
The doors involved countless hours of engineering time between Wayne-Dalton and McKee Door Sales in order to meet the design criteria as set by the architect and contractor for the building.
